Our second stay at the property. Very comfy room. Staff are very helpful. Provided courtesy call to check to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Room spacious Pillows- the best!

Incredible Service

Service: friendliness & helpfulness of reception staff. We had a noise issue first night & Saiful immediately attended to it offered us an alternative room & ensured we were ok. Baba chew staff were incredible also with remembering our favourite food & drinks. Nathan Christian Mag Marvel & rest of the amazing crew

The breakfasts were great. Meals could be improved to truly reflect peranakan flavours

Exceptional

I like overall of the pranakan design in this hotel. Look elegant and stay in a traditional image.

The flooring at the bathroom was slippery expecially for those who are in age of 50 or 60 yrs might be fall. My husband almost fall in the bathroom,luckily he manage to control balance.its look beautifully layout of the tiles but a bit slippery.

It is a quirky little hotel set in an interesting neighbourhood. Located near to train station. It has character steep in peranakan origins. Friendly staff. Lovely to walk around the area.

Overall, ai would stay here again if I have business in Katong neighborhood.

Quite modern hotel. The location is good and fit our needs. Loved the quality tea and coffee in the room. I liked the gym and breakfast at Baba Chew. The staff were all very kind, patient, and friendly.

I didn’t like that I had to refill water at the lobby and the split toilet bathroom and shower facilities. The pillows were too soft and the room floors and carpet could be cleaner.

Great place to stay

The hotel is in a prime location between the airport and city centre. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. The room was a good size and decorated thoughtfully. Large comfortable bed. The pool area on the rooftop gave a spectacular view of the area, as did the heritage view shower we had! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful in booking taxis and suggesting places to visit. Perfect for our short Singapore trip.

A sanctuary 10 minutes away from the airport with very comfortable bed.

Good size room, comfortable bed, good quality shower, bathroom facilities, easy and friendly check in, pool area and view. Rosa was very welcoming. Good selection of eating places a short walk away.

Sound through the adjoining doors but not overly loud. Rest of room was soundproof and hotel was quiet.

Comfortable stay for our short getaway. Many great cafes and restaurants nearby that makes the trip even more pleasant.

The check-in was fast and smooth. Front desk staff and housekeepers were very cheerful and greets with sincerity everytime. Room was spacious and items inside from the drinks, furniture and extras were carefully picked for the experience. It was one of the top experience from any hotel stay ever.

Wonderful

Love the hotel area. Easy access to shops,food n supermarkets nearby.

Pillow was too soft. Had stiff neck. Bt the bed was comfy. E room cleaniness can be improved. Long black hair was found on the floor. Plus point e staffs at front desk r amazing! Received warm welcome n always had a smile on them. A v nice gesture to received a slice of cake for my hubby as we were there for staycation to celebrate his Bday. Tks Hotel Indigo Katong.

Fantastic location and even better bed and comfort in room

The bed is phenomenal it’s perfect for me after having multiple surgeries it has been the only hotel as good as home! Highly recommend if a good night sleep in a great bed is your priority when finding a hotel. All the little amenities in your room they have left you needing for nothing! Staff so friendly too. Even scales! No one has scales and for Singapore eating culture it’s a good thing

1)My partner enjoyed the breakfast 2) Bed was very comfortable 3) The location of the hotel was just beside the i12 Katong mall & there were various bars in the vicinity, mainly walking distance

Most comfortable bed in the room.

The location is excellent for the east coast as it is away from the high end touristy area of Orchard Road and it is walking distance to the shopping complex Parkway Parade with indoor eating stalls, local independent stores and non high end international chain stores that the locals frequent. We were upgraded to the Heritage room which has a stunning view of the city east coast. The bed is the most comfortable I've slept on. Staff are helpful and friendly. We also had access to the infinity pool on the top floor. Overall a very good experience.

Breakfast could have served more choices of peranakan food, after all it is based in Katong. Its mainly continental style. The yogurt tasted home made and the salad are fresh.
